Petaling Jaya, 20 May 2024 – Sunview Group Berhad (“Sunview” or the “Group”), a prominent RE player principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (“EPCC”) and related activities, announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fabulous Sunview Sdn Bhd has entered into a strategic business alliance agreement with LLC “Yashil Energiya” (“Yashil Energiya”) (“Agreement”).
The alliance is with the aim to collaborate and explore business opportunities in RE and/or green energy related projects in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Under the Agreement, Sunview shall be the investor and EPCC provider for the projects, while Yashil Energiya, a company established by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, that specialises in the field of RE, will act as the purchaser for the electricity generated from the projects.
