Senior, High Voltage (HV)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer (High Voltage) with 3–6 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, planning, equipment selection, and commissioning of high-voltage (HV) electrical systems. You will also play a key role in managing and coordinating HV projects from concept to completion.

Job description

Design & Planning
- Develop and design high-voltage electrical systems.
- Perform load flow analysis and fault studies.
- Create protection schemes to ensure safety and performance.
Equipment Selection
- Select appropriate equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, insulators, etc.
- Ensure equipment meets budget, safety, and regulatory standards.
Testing & Commissioning
- Oversee testing and commissioning of HV electrical systems and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all technical specifications and safety protocols.
Project Management
- Coordinate engineering tasks and manage project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Job requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Hons)
Experience: 3–6 years of relevant working experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
Languages:
- Spoken: English and Malay
- Written: English and Malay
