Senior Executive, Financial Consolidation & Reporting

The Senior Executive, Financial Consolidation & Reporting is responsible for managing financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role involves analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and providing insights for business decision-making.

Job description

  • Prepare and consolidate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights on variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from different departments for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support process improvements in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Prepare presentation materials for management meetings.
  • Handle other ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) are an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial systems and accounting software.
  • Experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
  • Language Proficiency (Spoken & Written): Chinese, English, Malay.
  • Other Requirements: Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and internal controls. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
