HR & Admin Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in various Human Resource and Administrative functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn about HR operations in a dynamic work environment.

Job description

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Assist in posting job vacancies across various platforms.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
    • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions.
    • Support the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Employee Records and Documentation
    • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
    • Assist in organizing HR-related files for audits and internal reviews.
  • Administrative Support
    • Support daily office operations, including organizing meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
    • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office inquiries.
  • HR Support
    • Assist in preparing HR-related reports and presentations.
    • Help track attendance, leave records, and other HR administrative matters.
    • Support in organizing training and employee engagement programs.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform any other HR or administrative-related tasks as assigned.

Job requirements

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Basic understanding of HR practices and administrative processes is an added advantage.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
    • Good time management skills with the ability to multitask.
    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
