Support business development with proposals, scheduling, meetings, record-keeping, and report generation to enhance efficiency and client interactions.

Job description

Assist in the preparation of business proposals, presentations, contracts and tender documentation for the business development department.
Help manage calendars and schedules for business development activities.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and events related to business development efforts.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and opportunities.
Generate reports to provide insights into business development progress.
Following up with clients.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing.
Previous experience in a project support, sales support, or administrative role is advantageous.
At least 2-3 years of related experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using office software.
